Entry Requirements for ND candidates
To study at Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State, the following requirements must be fully met;

What are the general admission requirements for FED POLY OKO 2025/2026?
To gain admission into Federal Polytechnic Oko for the 2025/2026 academic session, candidates must:
Have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
Choose Federal Polytechnic Oko as their first or second choice institution during the 2025 JAMB UTME.
Score at least the minimum cut-off mark set by the Polytechnic in the UTME.
Participate and perform satisfactorily in the Post UTME screening exercise conducted by the school.
What are the specific requirements for ND (National Diploma) and HND (Higher National Diploma) programmes?
ND Programmes: Candidates must possess the general admission requirements stated above and must have taken the UTME with subjects relevant to their chosen course.
HND Programmes: Applicants must possess a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field with at least a Lower Credit from an accredited institution. In addition, candidates must have completed at least one year of industrial training (IT) after obtaining their ND certificate.
Does FED POLY OKO accept candidates who did not choose the school in JAMB?
Yes. Candidates who did not initially choose Federal Polytechnic Oko as their first choice can still be considered for admission. However, they must apply for a change of institution through the JAMB portal and select FED POLY OKO as their first choice before completing the Post UTME registration process.
