As for O’level requirements as seen above, mathematics is a compulsory requirements except for courses like Law, International relations, Psychology, Political Science and Sociology. It is different for UTE subjects because even Accounting and other management courses do not need to write mathematics in their UTME but English is compulsory since it is our mother tongue.

What are the general admission requirements for FUOYE 2025/2026?
To gain admission into the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) for the 2025/2026 academic session, candidates must:
Have at least five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects (including Mathematics and English) in not more than two sittings.
