As for O’level requirements as seen above, mathematics is a compulsory requirement except for courses like Law, International Relations, Psychology, Political Science, and Sociology. It is different for UTE subjects because even Accounting and other management courses do not require mathematics in their UTME, but English is compulsory since it is our mother tongue.
