As for O’level requirements as seen above, mathematics is a compulsory requirements except for courses like Law, International relations, Psychology, Political Science and Sociology. It is different for UTE subjects because even Accounting and other management courses do not need to write mathematics in their UTME but English is compulsory since it is our mother tongue.

What are the general admission requirements for Obong University 2025/2026 academic session?
To gain admission into Obong University for the 2025/2026 academic session, candidates must:
Have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained at not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
